About Me:

With 37 years experience in real estate with the last 10 years in commercial real estate. John started his career in 1973 in Camb, OH and moved to Cols. OH in 1978 and started transitioning over to commercial real estate in 1987. Working with area developers, John did site selection for Wal-Mart, CVS, Rite-Aid, Advance Auto Parts, to name a few. John assisted with site selection and development of over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. of self storage. John's primary focus has been land, but has shifted because of the current economy to general commercial
real estate investments and business brokerage.
