About Me:
Real estate investment and development specialist Jack Turner provides sales, leasing, and investment services. He has extensive experience in real estate investment, management and sales help his clients "maximize the return on their investment."
In addition to his commercial brokerage experience Jack has been active in real estate development projects for over 30 years involving all aspects including site selection and acquisition, feasibility studies, zoning and land use controls, joint ventures, financial arrangements, design, construction and operations. His development experience has ranged from being the principal developer and project owner to providing development and consulting services to property owners and investors.
